We’re a small, senior team of developers, designers, and PMs who bring top-tier communication, deep technical expertise, and strategic thinking to every engagement. With 50+ successful projects, we’re known for delivering clean builds, custom features, and ROI-focused solutions.

Now, we’re looking for a consultative Account Executive to help us grow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic, value-driven sales environment—where your understanding of business problems and your ability to translate them into solutions matter more than hard pitching.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads, guiding prospects through our consultative sales process.
  • Run discovery calls to deeply understand a prospect’s business, operations, and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to shape proposals and communicate capabilities clearly.
  • Manage our lightweight CRM (we use Hubspot) to track deals and keep follow-ups organized.
  • Follow up persistently, respectfully, and insightfully—with the goal of building trust over time.
  • Help us improve and iterate on sales collateral and pitch materials over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales, solutions consulting, or account management role
  • Experience selling custom services, technical consulting, or software development projects, particularly to manufacturers
  • Ability to speak confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and self-direction—you’ll be managing your own sales pipeline
  • Available during Eastern Time business hours (for calls, async follow-ups, and internal syncs)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Shopify, ecommerce platforms, or back-office integrations (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience with consultative sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Comfortable using Notion, Pipedrive, or similar tools for tracking and collaboration
