Bear Mountain BBQ is a premium wood pellet grilling brand owned by Lignetics. They specialize in delivering bold flavor to backyard cooks with high-quality BBQ products and recipes. As part of Lignetics’ broader wood-based product portfolio, Bear Mountain sits alongside other natural brands like Catalyst.
Problem
Bear Mountain needed ongoing Shopify development and design support to enhance their ecommerce experience, with a strong focus on A/B testing, upsells, and continuous optimization. The client required a proactive team to ideate and implement CRO improvements even when not directly assigned tasks.
The Solution
