Problem

Woodtone’s existing e-commerce portal for sample ordering had a poor user experience and was difficult to manage. They needed a streamlined Shopify store to handle small sample orders ($4–$100), optimize the customer journey for architects, and prepare buyers for larger purchases.

The Solution
