Woodtone is a North American manufacturer of high-quality siding and paneling products used in residential and commercial buildings. Their primary customers include architects, builders, and distributors, with a focus on high-volume B2B orders.
Problem
Woodtone’s existing e-commerce portal for sample ordering had a poor user experience and was difficult to manage. They needed a streamlined Shopify store to handle small sample orders ($4–$100), optimize the customer journey for architects, and prepare buyers for larger purchases.
The Solution
We built a custom Shopify storefront focused solely on sample ordering, seamlessly integrated with their main informational site. Using the Prestige theme for a premium look, we implemented product grouping, custom order routing logic, geo-targeted experiences, and robust filtering. This improved both the customer experience and internal fulfillment workflow.
